Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable with good amenities in the bathroom, and the beds were very cozy. However, the room was nice but not luxurious, and it was located on the 5th floor, which was a plus.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the upside, the rooms offered had three fan settings, and if lucky enough to be assigned to one of the superior rooms or a suite, one could enjoy an amazing view over BA. However, the room I stayed in was a little small. The service was top-notch with great attention to detail, and the location in Recoleta was excellent. On the downside, having breakfast in a conference room was a bit of a letdown.
After a series of long flights, getting into our very clean and well-appointed room with a balcony overlooking the city was simply beautiful. The hotel is located on a quiet tree-lined street, making it lovely after a day of sightseeing. The staff seems very involved and ensures guests are happy and comfortable, although dining options could be more varied. The hotel's location is perfect, in one of the poshest areas, although it may be a bit expensive for local standards.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional! The rooms were absolutely stunning, with a huge bathroom, separate bath and shower, two basins, a coffee machine, and a very comfortable desk to work from. The small balcony was a lovely addition. The beds were very, very comfortable. Although the room was good, it might be on the small side compared to some, yet the bathroom was well stocked.
The Sofitel Buenos Aires exceeded all our expectations and more. The rooms were spacious with a fantastic bathroom featuring a separate shower. Every possible amenity was provided, including in-room exercise equipment, a wireless printer, multiple televisions, and a Nespresso coffee maker with unlimited pods. The service was exceptional, offering valuable assistance in various arrangements. The location was perfect for exploring the city, surrounded by boutique shops and attractions. Despite a few downsides in the dining experience, the hotel remains a top choice for any Buenos Aires tourist.
My stay at the hotel was a lovely experience overall. The rooms were clean but a bit small, although they had two Juliet balconies and French doors leading to a well-equipped bathroom. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the city, docklands, and surrounding areas. The service, while attentive, could benefit from some improvement in customer service training. The dining experience was beyond average, with delicious dishes but limited options. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the comfort of the stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and part of a suite arrangement, making for a super comfy experience. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond in assisting with everything I needed, from making reservations to explaining local details. The location was perfect, within easy reach of major attractions and in a safe, lovely neighborhood. Dining was a highlight with fantastic options and delicious dishes. The facilities were great, offering all the amenities one could wish for.
The hotel had a fabulous marble bathroom with a deep bathtub, but the room size was smaller and the view uninspiring. The location was great for exploring the city, and the service was exceptional. The dining experience was mixed, and the facilities were decent.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly soundproof, even on the 3rd floor facing the street. It was so quiet; I couldn't hear a thing, which is impressive as a light sleeper. The location, although not the most central, was near all the main attractions and in a lovely neighborhood with boutique shopping. The dining experience was exceptional with delicious food and a polite staff. The facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely, with very comfortable beds and luxurious L'Occitane toiletries, but I was disappointed by the lack of a view and the limited space in the room.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, clean, and spacious with all the amenities I needed, even with the daytime temperatures soaring over 30°C during my visit. The location is perfect for exploring the quiet, European-styled district of Retiro in Buenos Aires. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The dining was excellent, offering delicious options like Eggs Benedict. However, the dinner experience was not as impressive. The facilities provided added convenience and value to my stay.
The hotel offers spacious and luxurious rooms with double beds, providing a great place to stay. The service was excellent with personalized recommendations left at my door. The location is perfect for exploring Buenos Aires, although breakfast may not suit those in a rush. Dining options are varied but can be a bit expensive. The facilities are modern and well-maintained.
The hotel had small and slightly run-down rooms, but the experience was comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was attentive and gracious, providing excellent service. The location was excellent, close to many attractions. The dining experience was one of the best in South America.
